We talk through what you want and what your hair will actually hold, then map the shape against your features before anything is touched.

Aftercare
You leave knowing how to keep it: what to avoid for 24 hours, how to brush it, and when to come back.
Rebooking
Book the next one before you leave, or online whenever suits. Maintenance is quicker and cheaper than starting again.

How long does lamination last?
Six to eight weeks for most people, depending on how coarse your hair is and how you look after it in the first day. A maintenance visit keeps the shape without a full appointment.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes for tint and lamination, at least 24 hours before. It takes two minutes and can be done any time in the week before your appointment.
What should I do before I come in?
Leave your brows alone for two weeks if you can, so there is something to shape. Come with a clean face if possible, and skip retinol around the brow area for a few days.
What if I do not know what suits me?
That is what the consultation is for. Bring a photo if you have one, and we will tell you honestly whether your hair will hold it.
How do I cancel or move an appointment?
Through the same GlossGenius link you booked with. Please give as much notice as you can, since it is a single chair studio and the slot is held for you.
